Our mentors and teachers are trained to know what to do in order to determine and protect the boundary between the student and the teacher/mentor.

The purpose of the critical policies is to help to create a safe and healthy learning environment for the students. All mentors and teachers are role models and such conduct must be professional.

All interactions/relationships between mentors and teachers and the students are to be professional and appropriate. Volunteers are expected to keep boundaries that are consistent with the legal and ethical regulations.
